     After interviewing a few real estate agents referred to me by two relocation services, I selected Ric Morrison to help me with the purchase of a house to complete a 1031 Exchange.  The task of selling a house in the San Francisco Bay area and purchasing a house in the Monterey/Pacific Grove area was complicated by the fact that I live in Sacramento County.  Ric made purchasing the new house in Pacific Grove a much less stressful experience than it could have been.
